Cumbrian Lakes is a small gated community where there is a feeling of serenity and security. Set in a beautiful, peaceful area just off Poinciana Boulevard, Cumbrian Lakes is only minutes from Highway 192 with a huge choice of restaurants and shops including a 24-hour Wal-Mart only 5 minutes from your door. Disney is only 15 minutes away for people who wish to visit the world famous theme park.

The layout of plots at Cumbrian Lakes has been designed so that almost all the homes back onto either a lake or a conservation area so you don’t get the ‘closed in’ feeling that you get on some other communities. Our home is surrounded with beautiful landscaping, you will be amazed that you can get such a feeling of peace in an area so close to the ‘action’ of Orlando.

As you would expect with a name like Cumbrian Lakes, there are several lakes here. Two have a gentle fountain that plays in the centre and is lit up at night. A paved nature trail surrounds the main lake and people can be seen enjoying a walk, bike ride or jogging here.

For lovers of nature, the sparkling lakes at Cumbrian Lakes are visited by many crane, osprey and blue heron and the occasional American bald eagle can be seen flying overhead.

A communal tot lot is provided for the entertainment of the little ones and there is plenty of open space to enjoy a picnic or a ball game here too.

Within 5 minutes drive from your door, you will find a huge selection of restaurants including: Perkins, Denny’s, TGI Friday, Coney Island (fish buffet), Chinese Buffet, Pizza Hut, Taco Bell and numerous Italian restaurants.
